The 1998 Donruss Preferred Prized Collections are some of the most underappreciated insert sets of the 90's.  The Prized Collections are a refractor version of the base Preferred Collections cards and according to Beckett were Limited to only 55 sets.  Although some believe that some of the preferred prized cards are limited to even less than 55.
