1998 Donruss Preferred Sealed Mini Gold Tin Error Serial Number.  These tins are very hard to find still sealed. There were only 199 of each gold tin produced which came one per Gold Parallel Box. Some of the Tins were misprinted with a serial number /999.  This is one of those rare tins. Most have been opened as people searched for the elusive Precious Metals.  This tin is still sealed.
