1996 was the 1st year that Topps Produced chrome as a counterpart to the Flagship product.  1st year of Chrome refractor sets as well.   The refractors fell 1:18 packs.  The cards are more rare than people realize and have potential to be one of the most collected sets of the 90's.  
This particular card does have an indention on the front of the card.
