Rare 1996 Topps Chrome Refractor Parallel of Don Matttingly.   People are finally starting to appreciate the beauty and rarity of these parallels. In the early years of Chrome, hobby boxes held only 2 Refractors per box and fell 1:12 packs. The 1996 Chrome Sets were intially not received well and production was way down.  Very Rare.  Plus centering and conditon for these is very sensitive. This card is an excellent copy.  I was collecting this set and purchased this Matting in a PSA 9. I cracked it out of the case as NO cards in my set were graded and I like evrything to be unifrom in my sets
